Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During collection drops or sales, please allow a little extra time as we carefully prepare each order.

 

Shipping Times:

• Australia: 3–7 business days

• International: 10–21 business days (shipping times may vary based on your location and customs delays)

Shipping Costs:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

 

Packaging:

We use eco-friendly or recycled materials wherever possible to keep our footprint light 🌏.

Delays & Lost Parcels:

Once your order has been shipped, it’s in the hands of the postal service. We’re not responsible for postal delays or lost parcels, but we’ll always do our best to help track down your order if something goes wrong.

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at rinsenrepeat1@outlook.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item.
